Do I Need to Register to Shop?

Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you, as we would already have your billing and shipping details. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, payment status & tracking number.

However, you may still checkout as a guest. Do note that if you’re unable to find your tracking number and order details at our store without registering as a member with us. You can still find the above information in your mailbox.

How Do I Make Payments?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, all through PayPal. No changes shall be made after the payment has been successfully made.

Do You Offer Direct Bank Transfers?

For direct bank transfers, please bank your payment into:

Please email us at info@ahelife.com with the name of the account holder that the transfer was made from so we can check that the payment has come through.

Please note with bank-to-bank payments, it can take up to 2-3 working days to clear into our account. We will only place your order once payment has been received. On the other hand, you can do instant transfer to fasten up the process.

Do You Offcer ATM Transfer/Meet Up/ Cash on Delivery?

We do not offer these services at the moment.

How Do I Apply Store Credit/ Coupon Code?

On the ‘Checkout’ page, you will see the 'voucher code' column. Just type the code into the column and click 'Add'.

The total amount will automatically be deducted and you can proceed with payment.

What Should I Do If I Can't Make Payment to Items in My Cart?

Items added to your cart will only be reserved to you within a certain time frame.

The item will be sold to the next person in line if payment is not made within the time frame.

What Are the Shipping Options Available?

We use various courier companies to ensure parcels arrive timely. Tracking slip will be provided the next day once your order has been processed.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please refer to our international shipping information below:

Malaysia - FREE shipping above 2 boxes

Singapore - ZONE 1: Below RM 1500, Shipping: RM 100; RM 1500 and above, Shipping RM 250

Indonesia/China: Below RM 1500, Shipping RM 100; Rm 1500 and above, Shipping RM 500

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Item?

Klang Valley, Malaysia: 2 to 3 working days

Outside Klang Valley, East Malaysia: within the next 3 to 7 working days

International orders: 3 to 9 working days

*We are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame and they may be extended during peak periods.

We will contact you if there is a delay in the processing of your order.

How Do I Add/Change Items in My Order, My Shipping Details, After I've Wrongly Placed My Order?

Contact us as soon as possible at info@ahelife.com or call us at +603 6419 1815 and we will try our best to assist you with your order.

However, if the item has already been processed and/or shipped, we will not be able to make changes to your order.

URGENT: Can I Receive My Order Tomorrow or a Specific Day If I Place the Order Today?

You will receive your orders within 3-5 working days (local orders), 7-15 working days (international orders) upon order placement. Pickups or CODs services are not available at the moment. However, you may try to call our hotline at +6019 229 8630
